Christmas!

We had a great first Christmas with Layla! Both of her grandparents gave her lots of fun things which was great because mommy and daddy did not get her anything ;)! She definitely did not know! We had our Christmas with KJ's family early, extended and then just the Stiles. It is very crazy when the whole family gets together! There are 14 great grandchildren and 1 on the way so you can imagine what it's like! Tons of fun though! We went to Arkansas on Christmas Eve to see my parents. It was a quick and busy trip but we really enjoyed it! Layla also did much better in the car this time, thanks to the dvd player and baby Einstein! Happy New Year to Everyone! :)

This is a random post but i forgot to do this when Layla had her 4 month appointment. Here are her stats for 4 months:

weight- 12 lbs. 15 oz. (25%)

Height- 25 in. (75%)

Head- 16 in. (50%)

Layla has definitely slowed down. She started out in the 75th percentile for everything but as you can see her weight has dropped significantly. Dr. Leeper said he is not worried though, and it is probably just genetics. She is very happy and healthy :)

At 5 months Layla is:

rolling over both ways

sitting with support

laughing

making lots of noise

sleeping 12 hours, waking to eat once

grabbing toys
