Easter

We had a great Easter weekend! My parents came in Friday afternoon and drove through tornadoes and storms almost the whole way! Thankfully it turned out pretty Saturday and Sunday. We went to see the Easter bunny at the mall on Saturday and Layla really like him. Net and Bubby brought Layla an Easter basket and some cute outfits! My parents also brough Chopper with them which Layla loved! She loves all dogs right now which i hope will last! Layla also learned to sit up from laying down. I went in her room Saturday night to check on her and she was sitting up in her bed! Thanks mom and dad for coming to spend the weekend with us, we had lots of fun!!

8 Months old

Layla turned 8 months old yesterday! We really think she has changed a lot this past month. She seems to be looking a little more like me, I still think mostly KJ though :) Here's what she is doing now!
army crawling
loves to lay on her stomach and kick her legs
eating all fruits and veggies and loves them all!
has tried biter biscuit in her food feeder, and puffs
loves all kids!
loves her "lovie" in bed with her at night
she's stands up really well with help and starting to stand holding on to a table
starting to reach for us
still sleeping great including naps, yay!
She weighs about 15 pounds now. I haven't measured her but i don't think she's much longer judging by her clothes.
